Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital software and license delivery, all items are non-refundable under any circumstances.
You are purchasing new, never-before-registered Waves (or other) Licenses directly from Audio Engineering Co. License transfer is done manually by Waves Audio LTD (or other) and typically takes 1 to 5 business days. Transfer will be initiated within 24 hours of receipt of your Waves account info.
You can immediately download and install an unlimited 7 day demo of any Waves Plugin. Further instructions will be sent to you via email after your purchase.
Purchase And Use of Commercial & Free Software
Software purchased or downloaded from or through Audio Engineering Co or through its affiliates, partners, vendors, and dealers is non-refundable under any circumstances ever. Software and serial numbers or licenses for use are delivered electronically over the web and/or via email and are unable to be retrieved or disabled once they are in the possession of the buyer or end user, therefore no refunds can or will be made, ever, under any circumstances. Therefore by purchasing and/or downloading digital products through Audio Engineering Co or through its affiliates, partners, vendors, and dealers you implicitly agree that all such software and licenses are non-refundable, ever, and you agree to waive all rights for refunds, refund requests, or PayPal reversals/refunds and/or credit card chargebacks when you download or purchase software, plugins, apps or other digital content from Audio Engineering Co or its affiliates, partners, vendors, and dealers.
Delivery
Audio Engineering Co promises to provide fully working software and valid licenses and downloads for purchased digital content within reasonable time frames. Downloads and licenses or serial numbers are typically delivered electronically and are available within a few days, however should there be any anomalies in the process, this guideline does not constitute grounds for refunds, as listed and agreed to above. All software delivery is electronic: no boxes, CD’s, DVD’s, or other physical product will be shipped or delivered.
Fitness For Use
Audio Engineering Co provides all software, apps, and free and paid downloads in an “as-is” condition as provided from the software vendors and developers. Audio Engineering Co will provide solutions for corrupt or unusable downloads only. The liability for fitness of use in general or fitness of use for any specific use or application lies solely with the purchaser. As mentioned under “Delivery” Audio Engineering Co will provide a product functioning as specified, however, cannot and does not guarantee or imply that said software will achieve the purpose you have in mind. No refunds will be given under any circumstance including but not limited to reasons such as “this software product: did not work on my computer; did not work with my DAW program; did not sound as advertised; did not sound as I expected; did not do what I thought or what it was advertised to do, and so on. Audio Engineering Co cannot be responsible for purchaser’s successful use or understanding of said software products and cannot and will not provide refunds for these or any other reasons.
Remedy
Remedy for corrupt digital downloads is implemented by method of providing a confirmed known-good tested and approved digital download either direct from the vendor and/or from Audio Engineering Co. Audio Engineering Co reserves the right to deliver software in physical form at additional prepaid-in-advance shipping expense to the buyer.
